1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms published on the tk4666 platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and tk4666 governing the Player's access to and use of the platform's services.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree", "Accept", "Login", or equivalent button on the tk4666 platform, or by otherwise accessing or using any feature of the platform, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms & Conditions in full. Acceptance is binding on the Player from the date of first access or registration, whichever is earlier.

tk4666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English text shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The tk4666 platform is strictly restricted to adults. To register an account and access any service on tk4666, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• The Player must be at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on tk4666 under any circumstances.
• The Player must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• The Player must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• The Player must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account closure instruction that remains active on the tk4666 platform or any associated platform.
• The Player must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or placing wagers.

Age Verification: tk4666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the time period specified by tk4666 will result in the suspension of the account pending verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable player protection procedures.

3 Account Registration and Obligations

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on tk4666. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk4666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

When registering an account, the Player agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required registration fields. This includes but is not limited to the Player's full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Bangladesh-registered payment method details. The Player agrees to update their account information promptly if any of the provided details change.

Account Security: The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued by tk4666 or the Player's payment provider. The Player must not disclose their login credentials to any third party. tk4666 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

The Player must notify tk4666 support immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. tk4666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account pending investigation of a reported security incident.

• Accounts must be registered using the Player's own name and payment details. Registering under a false identity is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• tk4666 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and during routine compliance reviews.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their registered account, whether or not that activity was authorised by the Player.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the tk4666 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tk4666 does not apply currency conversion fees to BDT transactions processed through its integrated payment channels. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods: tk4666 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and tk4666 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to check the cashier section of the platform for the current list of available methods.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's account balance and may be subject to a processing fee to facilitate the return of funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is specified in the cashier section and is subject to change.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• tk4666 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. BDT mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer.
• Funds held in a tk4666 account do not accrue interest. tk4666 is not a financial institution and does not act as a bank or deposit-taking entity.
• Players must not use the tk4666 platform for any purpose other than legitimate gaming. Any attempt to use the platform as a payment processing or currency exchange facility is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on tk4666 are governed by the specific game or sport rules applicable to the product being used. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

Cricket Betting: Cricket betting on tk4666 covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Pre-match and in-play markets are available subject to event schedules and market suspension rules. In the event of an abandonment, postponement, or other event cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published on the platform at the time the bet was placed.

• tk4666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a system fault, human error, or data feed malfunction.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting products. These limits are set at the market level and are visible to the Player before the bet is confirmed.
• tk4666 reserves the right to limit the stake or refuse the bet of any Player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.
• Winnings from games and bets are credited to the Player's tk4666 account balance upon settlement. The Player may then request a withdrawal of their available balance subject to the withdrawal rules in Section 4.
• All casino games on the tk4666 platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Red Tiger. The random number generators (RNGs) used by these providers are independently audited for fairness.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tk4666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of the overall Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets for wagering purposes are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players must complete the full wagering requirement within the specified time limit, failing which any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine Players. Any attempt to exploit bonus mechanics, including but not limited to placing low-risk hedging bets, opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players, will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and review of the Player's account.
• tk4666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant offer terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL, and IPL may carry additional event-specific terms that take precedence over these general bonus rules during the promotional period.
• Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed the account verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to receive or retain bonus funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is dishonest, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the integrity of the tk4666 platform or to other Players. The following activities are expressly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, recovery of funds:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to fund an account.
• Money Laundering: Using the tk4666 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. tk4666 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Match Fixing and Cheating: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event covered by the tk4666 sportsbook, including through direct or indirect contact with players, officials, or other participants in that event.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets or gaming strategies with other Players in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or other technical malfunctions on the platform to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at tk4666 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

tk4666 reserves the right to freeze a Player's account and withhold any funds pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct. The Player will be notified of any such action and provided with an opportunity to respond, except where applicable law or ongoing law enforcement cooperation requires otherwise.

8 Limitation of Liability

The tk4666 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While tk4666 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access to all services, the platform does not guarantee that services will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.

Scope of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk4666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by events outside tk4666's reasonable control.

tk4666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

• tk4666 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Player's reliance on information published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to circumstances outside tk4666's control.
• tk4666 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• tk4666 is not liable for any financial loss incurred by the Player as a result of unauthorised access to the Player's account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted to exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with the tk4666 support team shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures to be notified to the Player by tk4666 at the time a dispute is formally raised.
